RENTAL FAQs
Why would I rent instead of buying?
Whilst most of our clients find our boots a beneficial as part of their recovery system, it doesn’t work for everyone. You may also have a specific event in mind that you wish to train for. Therefore, we offer the options to hire monthly or buy. We also offer a Rent Try Buy scheme. If you decide to purchase your unit, we will refund up to three months of paid rental off the purchase price.
Is there a rental agreement?
Upon booking, we will send you a rental agreement to sign and email back. At this time we will also make arrangements for delivery
Can I rent anywhere in Australia?
We can supply units to most of Australia. If you are not sure whether you fall within the supply area please contact us. Within the Greater Melbourne and Geelong areas we deliver personally who can set up your equipment and provide advice for use. To areas outside this region goods are sent by courier, and video instructions on setup are provided. There is a $25 fee for delivery or via courier.
Minimum rental for outside of Melbourne/Geelong is one month
How do I return the unit?
Units will be collected by one of our representatives in the Geelong area free of charge. Outside of this area units can be posted back at borrowers expense or collected by Sommet Recovery for a $25 fee.
How are units cleaned between rentals?
All equipment adheres to Australian healthcare standards in cleaning and disinfection between clients. All COVID 19 protocols are also followed.
Do you charge for freight?
A $25 fee is charged for freight or delivery.
What if I decide to buy the unit at the end of my rental agreement?
We offer both purchase and rental options on the leg recovery units. Your initial rental charges (up to two months) may be discounted off the purchase price. Please call us for further information.
What do I do if I encounter problems with my equipment?
